What is the Micro-Metric Life Tracker?

A precision self-assessment tool that maps where you are across any set of dimensions you care about. It was designed for personal life tracking, but you can customize everything: use it to track a project, monitor observations in an experiment, keep a health diary for your doctor, or anything else where you want to measure, compare, and reflect on change over time.

Auto-Snapshots

If you haven't interacted with the tracker for more than 8 hours, the next time you open it your previous values are automatically snapshotted. This means your old values are preserved as history and you can start updating with fresh ratings compared against the last session.

Tag Grouping

When you have many tags close together (e.g., after generating milestones), they automatically group into blue cluster pills showing "N tags" with the value range. Hover a cluster to see all the tags inside it. Zoom in with focus mode to spread them apart.

Create Custom Template

Describe what you want to track and AI will generate a complete set of areas, metrics, tags, and descriptions tailored to your situation. This will replace your current data, so export first if you want to keep it.
